A comfort food favorite - lean ground beef, chicken broth, tomatoes, macaroni and cheese combine for an easy healthy one pot dinner the entire family will love. It's like hamburger helper only better because it is homemade!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Servings: 6 Servings
• Cooking spray
• 1 pound 95% lean ground beef
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
• 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
• 8 ounces dry elbow macaroni
• 6 ounces shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (1-1/2cups)
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced

• STEP 2: BROWN GROUND BEEF AND ADD SPICES
